6 Differences between Pressio collator and conventional collators

Actually we are often asked by some potential customers what difference Pressio collator is with conventional collators.

That's why I would like to share with you about the differences today as follows.



There are 6 differences with conventional collating machines.


#1: Adaptable to folded paper ( and few paper jam errors )

It's able to collate folded paper, pamphlet, booklet, signature, folded flyer and leaflet too.

I know, conventional collator can NOT work properly for the above samples, because air-suction feed system can NOT feed the above samples.



#2: Non-stop-collating

There is no need to stop the machine when you refill (add) your sample on each tray.

It's able to reduce your collating lead-time more dramatically.

( Also, Pressio collating process speed is reached 8,400 sets per hour as maximum. )



#3: Connectable external lifter

It's able to improve your worker's job environment.

Your workers can do multiple jobs at the same time smoothly.



#4: Front and Rear both tray vertical type

It's able to save your initial cost and to save your collating space.

Also, it's easy to refill (add) your samples too.



#5: Folding paper function

It's able to make " Outer Jacket " as a special advertising tool.

You can generate a new advertisement service as an additional income.



#6: Easy to operate and easy to maintenance

Anyone can operate and maintain the machine so easily and very soon, even it's elderly people or young students too.

Pressio can provide you with video manuals too.



Of course Pressio has demerits compared to conventional collators, such as no movable catch tray etc.
